Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach English, History, Chemistry specifically tailored for Board Exams ( UP, Bihar Board )
• Develop structured lesson plans, study material, and practice modules aligned with board syllabus and exam requirements.
• Explain concepts in a simplified, exam-oriented manner with focus on board exams.
• Conduct 

  MCQ-based tests, mock exams, and doubt-solving sessions

   to enhance exam readiness.
• Guide students on time management, short tricks, and smart strategies for scoring in competitive exams.
• Collaborate with academic and content teams for curriculum updates, question banks, and test series.
• Encourage students for Olympiads, NTSE, and other competitive opportunities alongside board preparation.
• Uphold discipline, punctuality, and Vidyakul’s academic standards.
• Must be friendly with online classes setup.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Master’s degree in Discipline
• B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
• Deep understanding of Board syllabus

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in online teaching
