Montessori Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom environment for young children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Use Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student learning.
• Monitor and document the progress of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and implement curriculum activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Montessori training/certification preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
• Good communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
• Passion for working with young children and helping them grow and learn.
• Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
