Teacher (Nursery to Grade 12)

About the Role:

The Westwood School, Rajkot, invites passionate and dedicated educators to join our dynamic teaching team. We are looking for teachers across all grades — from Nursery to Grade 12 — who are committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and holistic learning among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes intellectual and emotional growth.
• Evaluate and track student progress through assignments, assessments, and observations.
• Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance classroom learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and the academic leadership team to achieve institutional goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
• Participate actively in school events, assemblies, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject or field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command over English (spoken and written).
• Prior teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
• Freshers with enthusiasm and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
