Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes intellectual and emotional growth. Evaluate and track student progress through assignments, assessments, and observations. Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance classroom learning. Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and the academic leadership team to achieve institutional goals. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development. Participate actively in school events, assemblies, and professional development programs. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject or field (B.Ed. preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command over English (spoken and written). Prior teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
