Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to take on the role of Teacher cum Centre Head at our preschool. This dual role combines the responsibilities of an educator and an administrative leader, ensuring a seamless and enriching environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters children's intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Conduct daily classes, including activities and lessons, to promote a love for learning among preschoolers.
• Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback and support to parents and caregivers.
• Utilize technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety and education.
• Handle administrative tasks such as enrolment, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the preschool and attract new enrolments.
• Create promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and newsletters.
• Coordinate and host events, open houses, and tours to showcase the preschool to prospective parents and the community.
• Collaborate with local businesses/apartments and organizations to enhance the preschool's visibility and reputation.
• Conduct events and stalls to promote the preschool

Parental and Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress.
• Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and community outreach programs to enhance the preschool's presence and reputation.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in early childhood education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• 3-12 years of experience in preschool management or leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification and relevant administrative experience in a preschool setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into educational settings.
• Experience in marketing and promotional activities.
• Passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
