Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tea Taster located in Ludhiana. The Tea Taster will be responsible for evaluating the flavor, quality, and aroma of different tea blends. Daily tasks include sampling teas, maintaining detailed tasting notes, collaborating with the product development team to refine blends, and staying up-to-date with tea industry trends. The Tea Taster will also play a key role in quality control, ensuring that only the highest quality teas are selected for our product range.

Qualifications

• Strong sensory analysis skills, including the ability to discern and evaluate various flavor profiles
• Knowledge of tea cultivation, processing, and brewing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for maintaining tasting notes and collaborating with teams
• Ability to work independently and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in the tea industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, Botany, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Tea Industry/ Tea Tasting.
