Tea/ FMCG Goods Packaging Manager

Job description:

We are hiring for the position of Tea Packing Manager / Assistant Manager for a reputed tea manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing packing operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a factory setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day tea packing operations.
• Monitor packaging quality, accuracy, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely packing as per production targets.
• Handle workforce planning and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain inventory of packing materials and ensure timely procurement.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain proper documentation.
• Train and guide packing staff for improved efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; technical background preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a tea packing unit or FMCG factory.

Strong knowledge of packing machinery and material handling.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Familiar with factory compliance and safety regulations.
