Job Description

You will be the TDM Business Partner (manager) for USI Tax at RSM, collaborating with the USI Tax capabilities to identify unique learning needs and prioritize scalable solutions with the Tax Business Partner team. Your responsibilities include analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the business learning curriculum by conducting needs assessments, designing learning curriculums, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create content encompassing education, experiences, exposure, and environment. - Act as a strategic partner to the business, leading discussions on strategy and needs identification, involving relevant team members timely. - Serve as the primary contact for Tax in USI, understanding the comprehensive needs across all service lines and collaborating with counterpart BPs to identify opportunities for scaling work within the Tax practice. - Collaborate with the Tax BP team to enhance a holistic integrated curricula tailored by role and level for all Tax areas, ensuring achievement of 40 hours of CPE through relevant training. - Facilitate effective communication with the business, seek process improvements, and enhance agility in partnering with the business. - Collaborate with TDM Leadership team and other functions to design talent lifecycle systems and digital solutions for agile and global delivery models. - Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports, ensuring strong performance through clear communication, feedback, recognition, coaching, and development plans. - Stay updated with best practices and trends in talent development disciplines, align initiatives with firm objectives, measure effectiveness, and report results to key stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience - Proficiency in performance/learning consultation, learning best practices, and Microsoft Office - Strong consulting and advisory skills, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analysis, organizational, time management, project management, attention to detail, and adaptability - Preferred: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with project management tools, and knowledge of the professional services industry with CPE requirements RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, providing flexibility in your schedule to balance work-life demands while serving clients.
