Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Key Tasks:

• Communicating with the relevant stakeholders such as program managers, participants, etc.
• Input Data into the Budget Tracker for expenses related to programs/courses validated from the Expense Invoices shared by Program Managers
• Create program events on an event management system incorporating relevant data for program participants
• Track and derive data from the event management system after completion of programs for further processing
• Manage training communication with the participants such as program announcements, program enrolments, training invites etc.
• Content creation and content review of session material
• Analyze participants feedback and recommend improvements for further sessions
• Handle participants queries and grievances
• Pulling out data for various reports - attendance, feedback, participants headcount etc.
• Adding / Modifying the course to web page
• Inserting the title page with required details as per the designed course
• Setting up privacy credentials like date for content availability, password etc.
• Creating the layouts based on the content provided such as Units, Activities, Quiz, Survey forms, Feedback forms, Assessment, etc.
• The created layouts will be supported by uploading different kinds of documents in the form of Image, Video, PDF, SCROM, HTML in addition to creating the survey forms
• The candidates will be enrolled by creating the profiles
• The courses will be priced as paid or free with add on discounts, if applicable
