A career in our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, as a Senior Associate at PwC, provides you with the opportunity to assist clients in meeting and managing their tax obligations across diverse tax specialties. You will offer guidance on local and international tax matters, serve as a strategic advisor for business analysis, oversee indirect taxes, handle dispute resolutions, and provide global enterprise tax solutions. Your role will involve supporting clients in various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including restructuring, divestiture, partnerships, and insolvency. You will primarily focus on aiding clients in establishing treasury objectives, evaluating and quantifying tax assets, assessing tax risks, and modeling the impacts of taxable income and cash flows.
