Your role will involve supporting clients in various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including restructuring, divestiture, partnerships, and insolvency. You will primarily focus on aiding clients in establishing treasury objectives, evaluating and quantifying tax assets, assessing tax risks, and modeling the impacts of taxable income and cash flows.
