Tax Transfer Pricing -Senior Associate

This is a full-time on-site role as a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate located in Bengaluru at BDO RISE Private Limited. The Transfer Pricing Senior Associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing projects, ensuring compliance with US Transfer Pricing Regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, preferably with a Big 4 or leading consulting firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of US transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and BEPS framework.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation and economic analyses.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• Transfer Pricing Documentation:

  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports (local files, master files, country-by-country reports) in compliance with US and international regulations (OECD guidelines).

• Benchmarking Analysis:

  • Conduct functional, economic, and comparability analyses, including benchmarking studies using databases such as TP Catalyst, Eikon and Loan Connector.

• Client Engagement:

  • Communicate with US colleagues to gather information, clarify queries, and present findings under the supervision of senior team members.

• Research:

  • Stay updated on transfer pricing developments in the US, BEPS actions, and changes in local and international tax laws.

• Project Management:

  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
