Key Responsibilities: - Design test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on product requirements and specifications. - Oversee the execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. - Review and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement. - Work closely with product development teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and testing requirements. - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process. - Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders. - Identify potential risks related to product quality and develop mitigation strategies. - Develop and implement effective demo strategies aligned with company goals and target audience. - Ensure all demo environments are well-prepared, including the setup of up-to-date data, different countries, and entities. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and outcomes of testing and demo activities. - Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies based on data-driven insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop tailored reports and visualizations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
