Job Title: Manager Corporate Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes)

Location: Mumbai ( Lower Parel & Andheri )

Industry: Financial Services / Broking / Wealth Management

Experience Required: 3- 4 years in Corporate Taxation (Direct and Indirect)

Education - CA Qualified

Need Candidate with corporate taxation experience and with (45-30 Days Notice period ) from Mumbai based only

Job Summary:

Taxation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Handle all tax compliance related to

  GST, TDS, and Income Tax

  .
• Verify tax workings, ensure correct classification of revenue/expenses.
  
• Remit taxes and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
  

2. Tax Assessments

• Maintain and update trackers for tax assessment progress across financial years.
  
• Draft and respond to notices, manage appeals, and maintain assessment files.
  
• Publish monthly MIS for internal reporting.
  

3. Tax Audits

• Prepare and execute tax audit plans (including Limited Review audits).
  
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary data and clarifications.
  
• Ensure minimal or nil audit observations.
  

Key Skills & Tools:

• GST, TDS, Corporate Income Tax
  
• Tax Audit & Assessment Handling
  
• Tax Return Filing & Compliance
  
• ERP Systems (SAP/Tally preferred)
  
• MS Excel proficiency for tax reconciliations
  
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws
  

Qualifications:

• CA (Chartered Accountant) Mandatory
