Job Summary:

The Taxation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companys direct and indirect taxation matters, including tax planning, compliance, audits, and assessments. The role ensures adherence to all statutory requirements and contributes to strategic decision-making to optimize tax efficiency for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  Direct and Indirect Tax

  compliance, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Oversee timely

  filing of returns

  , payments, and reconciliation of taxes.
• Handle

  tax audits, assessments, and appeals

  with relevant authorities.
• Conduct

  tax planning and advisory

  to ensure optimal tax structure and savings.
• Review and verify tax implications for various

  business transactions and agreements

• Liaise with

  external auditors, consultants, and government authorities

  .
• Maintain updated knowledge of

  tax laws, amendments, and circulars

  .
• Prepare and review

  tax provisions, schedules, and reports

  for financial statements.
• Support management in

  budgeting and forecasting

  from a taxation perspective.
• Manage and mentor the

  tax team

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of

  Income Tax, GST, and other statutory compliances

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Professional Qualification:

  CA / CMA

  preferred

• Experience:

  Minimum

  10 - 15 years

  in taxation, with exposure to both direct and indirect taxes.
