Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  Direct, Indirect (GST), and International Tax

  engagements for top-tier clients.
• Develop tax strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving regulations.
  
• Oversee corporate tax compliance, GST audits, and transfer pricing documentation.
  
• Provide litigation management and representation before tax authorities.
  
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A transactions and cross-border structuring.
  
• Advise on tax risk management and optimization opportunities.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and industry bodies.
  
• Mentor and develop high-performing tax teams across locations.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

  Income Tax Act, GST law, and international taxation frameworks
