Tax Compliance Specialist

As a Tax Compliance Specialist in the Global Tax Team, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Communicating with consultants in countries where the Group operates. - Participating in tax structuring of the Group's international operations and tax risk management. - Supervising the development of the Group's tax accounting methodologies. - Preparing financial models to assess the effectiveness of new tax strategies. - Implementing tax strategies to enhance the Group's tax efficiency and reduce tax risks. - Ensuring accuracy in the tax reporting process by outsourcing providers in main jurisdictions. - Providing tax support to local financial controllers and outsourcing providers for tax compliance in new jurisdictions. - Supporting the product and technology team in setting up processes for issuing invoices to users and exchanging fiscal data with local fiscal operators. - Identifying tax ineffectiveness based on the company's financial statements in collaboration with financial controllers. - Calculating potential tax risks for tax provisions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Higher education in finance, economics, and law. - 6+ years of work experience in tax consulting/compliance or tax department of an international company. - Understanding of international taxation principles, trends, and tax planning. - Experience in international taxation, especially in regions like Kazakhstan, Latin America, Brazil, South East Asia, India, and USA, is advantageous. - Management and analytical skills. - Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
