Tax Associate

We are seeking CAs with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in direct and international tax, to join our Navi Mumbai office. Your role will involve various technical and non-technical aspects. In terms of technical aspects, your responsibilities will include: - Handling Transfer Pricing - Managing International Taxation matters - Providing expertise in M&A Taxation and Deal Advisory - Managing Litigations and Assessments - Conducting Valuations - Dealing with UAE Taxation - Ensuring compliance with FEMA regulations In addition to the technical aspects, you will have the opportunity to engage in non-technical learning, such as: - Tackling complex and non-conventional problems - Collaborating with Indian and Foreign MNC clients - Understanding the laws and regulations of different countries - Engaging with clients from diverse cultures, geographies, and industry sectors - Working on significant deals and high-stakes matters This position is based in Navi Mumbai, with a predominantly office-based work setup.
