Tax Associate

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Assist with tax research and analysis on various issues to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Support the team in preparing tax provisions and related documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records and files.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on filings.
• Collaborate with senior associates and managers on tax planning strategies.
• Stay current on tax law updates and industry changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA eligibility a plus).
• 0–2 years of tax or accounting experience (internship experience welcomed).
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
