Job Scope – GST v GST Registrations v GST Returns (Monthly / Quarterly, Annual) v GST Refunds v GST Amendments v GST Paid Certificate v GST Letter of Undertaking v GST Appeals v PAN Application (New / Correction) Job Scope - Income Tax v TDS Returns v Income Tax - Returns v Statutory Audit v Tax Audit v Internal Audit v Bookkeeping & Accounting Job Scope – ROC v Registrar of Companies Compliances v Reserve Bank of India Compliances v Ministry of Corporate Affairs v Due Diligence v Secretarial Audit v NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) v NCLAT (National Company Law Appellate Tribunal) v Stock Exchange / SEBI Compliances v FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) Compliances v FERA (Foreign Exchange Regulation Act)   Roles & Responsibilities: v Scrutinize GST related documents. v Verification of documents & Updating mismatches to client v Follow up with suppliers & clients v Preparation of work sheets. v Online application preparation. v Performs other duties as assigned.         Required Skills / Abilities: v Experience in GST related documentation v Knowledge about GST Applications (Registrations, Returns & Refunds etc.) v Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Local Language) v Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. v Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. v Template Creation, Best Utilization of Office Tools & SOPs. Education and Experience: v B.com, MBA (Finance) or CA semi qualified v At least 2 to 3 years of experience in GST. v Linguistic Fluency English, Hindi & Local Language (Optional)
