Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for TAR SUPERVISOR to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve performance and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Tar Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
