Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes using the tandoor (clay oven).
  • Expert in marination, grilling, roasting, and baking tandoori items such as kebabs, naan, roti, and parathas.
  • Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all tandoor dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper temperature of the tandoor oven.
  • Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for ingredient requirements.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff in tandoor preparation techniques.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to plan menus and daily specials.
  • Ensure timely preparation and smooth operation during peak hours.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and uphold the restaurant’s quality and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
