If you have strong hands-on skills in Tandoor and Indian cuisine, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Tandoori items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikkas, bread, and grilled dishes. Prepare and cook Indian curries, gravies, starters, and main-course items. Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently according to restaurant standards. Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. Monitor stock, assist in inventory, and maintain ingredient quality. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain timely service. Innovate and assist in creating new dishes for the menu. Ensure the Tandoor and cooking equipment are used safely and maintained properly. Requirements Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef / Indian Chef. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, Tandoor operations, and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
