Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or appointments.
• Inbound Call Handling: Answering incoming calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating new leads for the sales team.
• Customer Service: Providing support, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Sales & Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers, processing orders, and working to meet sales goals.
