Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tally Trainer role based in Chennai. The Tally Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions focused on Tally software and accounting principles. Key responsibilities include preparing course materials, guiding students in both theoretical and practical aspects of Tally, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to help them develop expertise. The trainer will collaborate with team members to ensure program success, maintain updated knowledge of Tally's features, and support participants in achieving industry-specific certifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally ERP software, fundamental accounting principles, and financial management skills
• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving ability, patience, and a commitment to mentoring and guiding students
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and IT skills for training material preparation
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; Tally certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in training or teaching, particularly in Tally or accounting, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the latest versions of Tally and the relevant features
