As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment team to ensure the design and implementation of a recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. Your role will involve providing superior service and actively contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at improving recruitment outcomes within set timelines. It is essential to effectively manage the team, foster a focus on delivery and results, and preferably have 4 years of core recruitment experience with a minimum of 1 year of team handling experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the End-to-End Recruitment process for various requirements of the company. - Manage a team of recruiters, taking accountability to fill positions within the defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT). - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Actively source, screen, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates for in-house hiring. - Conduct salary negotiations and efficiently close positions. - Manage the recruitment team, including training and performance management.
