Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Talent & Workplace Associate. The Talent & Workplace Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and managing workplace operations. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, helping maintain a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
