As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in fuelling this growth by building pipelines of world-class candidates for our most strategic areas: Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Commercial functions. This isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about shaping the future of our business by connecting us with the innovators who will drive our next chapter of success.

• Source top talent for technology-driven roles across multiple business units.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate pipelines.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social sourcing, to identify candidates across platforms.
• Build and maintain competitor intelligence and talent communities.
• Leverage data and insights to influence sourcing decisions and improve TA metrics.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, providing clear updates and market intelligence.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the TA team to refine sourcing strategies and share best practices.#LI-KI1

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, ideally in technology or product-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and using analytics to improve outcomes.
• Expertise in Boolean search, social sourcing, and leveraging professional networks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience sourcing for engineering, product, or SaaS roles.
