Talent Sourcer

The Sourcer role plays a key role in identifying and engaging high-quality talent across international and local markets. The role partners closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand business needs, attract diverse candidates and create a strong talent presence in the market

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Build long term relationships with top talent for current and future career opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct basic screening to assess candidate interest and alignment
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and support them in coordinating and scheduling interviews as needed.
• Research industries, competitors and market insights to support sourcing strategies.
• Draft outreach messages and follow-up communication to engage passive candidates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to improve sourcing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly learn candidate profiles and identify and source candidates.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn search and Boolean operators.
• Exposure to HR tools or databases.
• Curiosity about global markets, talent trends and engineering/technical hiring.
• Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• Freshers without HR/Recruiting experience can also apply
