Role Overview: You will be joining Microsoft as a Client Aligned Talent Sourcer, playing a crucial role in driving and delivering exceptional talent to support the company's transformation across Asia. Your deep passion for excellence in strategy and execution will be key as you contribute to hiring the best talent and impacting the speed of transformation within the business. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a proactive recruitment and targeted talent acquisition program to build talent pools aligned with succession planning and talent review programs. - Build and nurture candidate relationships, maintaining connections throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate with recruiters and interviewing teams to enhance talent screening and assessment processes. - Research, analyze, and report on competitive and market insights to provide hiring managers with a better understanding of talent markets. - Participate in networking and recruiting events across India to stay abreast of industry trends. - Collaborate closely with HR and Business partners to innovate Microsoft's talent sourcing and engagement strategies. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or relevant industry experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with AI trends and proficiency in utilizing AI tools. Additional Details: You will need excellent research, sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills along with a passion for building strategic candidate pipelines. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence hiring decisions based on market insights, and a solid understanding of business needs are essential. Previous experience in the Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry will be advantageous.
