Job Description

As a Talent Manager at Capgemini, you will collaborate closely with the GBL and SBU Head(s) of Talent Management to shape the Talent strategy in alignment with Group and business priorities. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of talent activities, including but not limited to: - Assisting in the preparation and execution of the VP promotion process - Preparing group submissions and driving the local STR process in conjunction with local leadership to create the STR pack - Facilitating the design of talent programs and overseeing their implementation and impact assessment - Engaging effectively with Talent and L&D team members, internal stakeholders, and external vendors - Aligning the talent strategy for the business in partnership with the Country HR Directors - Overseeing the implementation of talent development and performance management initiatives Your Profile is expected to demonstrate expertise in Talent Management/Talent Development Program, Performance Management, Retention, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, etc. It is imperative to have a keen understanding of industry trends and the significance of Talent in the current landscape. A proactive approach towards driving Talent interventions and contributing to workforce transformation is crucial. Key skills required for this role include experience in leading change, implementing new programs/initiatives, project and stakeholder management, creating impactful communications, successfully facilitating events, and analyzing data and trends.
