Job Purpose:

To support design and implementation of strategic talent initiatives and organizational development programs that enhance leadership capability, succession planning, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with HRBPs, L&D, and functional leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion organizational culture and values through engagement and communication initiatives.
• Design and implement career roadmaps and succession plans for key roles.
• Lead talent reviews and ensure execution of outcomes including development plans and role transitions.
• Build and manage a robust internal talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
• Drive LT-1 capability development through targeted programs and interventions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and nurture future leaders.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and L&D to align talent management strategies with organizational goals.

Education : MBA or Masters in HR / Psychology

Experience : 10+ years of experience in TM, OD or related HR roles

Technical Skills & Behavioral Competencies

Expertise in talent frameworks and OD methodologies

Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics

Change management and organizational design experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in fast paced environment
