We are launching a new vertical at Otbox Media Solutions, and we’re looking for a dynamic professional to join us on this journey. As a Talent Management – Growth & Operations specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our onboarded talents, driving their business operations, and building sustainable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end business operations for onboarded talents/creators.
• Negotiate deals and opportunities to drive commercial success.
• Strategize organic growth plans and innovative content solutions for creator visibility.
• Collaborate with talents on scripts, content ideas, and creative direction.
• Work closely with the founding team to establish and scale this new business model.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while unlocking long-term growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Management, Operations, or Influencer Marketing (freshers with the right skills & confidence are equally encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• A creative mindset with problem-solving instincts.
• Passion for the creator economy, digital media, and talent-first growth strategies.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a start-up-like, high-energy environment.
