About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Creative Media Specialist to join our growing team at Otbox Media Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic visual content that tells compelling stories, enhances brand presence, and connects with diverse audiences. From designing eye-catching graphics to editing engaging video content, you’ll play a central role in shaping the creative identity of our campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets including social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and brand collateral.
• Edit and produce video content such as reels, ads, branded films, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the social media, talent management, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life creatively.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs while exploring fresh, innovative design directions.
• Stay updated with design trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific creative best practices.
• Manage end-to-end production workflows—including design formats, video editing, sound, and final delivery.
• Support in brainstorming and concept development for campaigns and content initiatives.
• Maintain an organized archive and workflow of creative assets for ease of reuse and scalability.
• Work closely with AI tools to provide a fresh approach to the visual content.

• 1+ years of experience in designing domain (freshers with the right skills & confidence are equally encouraged to apply).
• Strong Creative & designing knowledge 
• A goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving instincts.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a start-up-like, high-energy environment.
