About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Administration Specialist to manage the administration of our learning programs and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate data management, coordinating learning events, and providing vital administrative support to the Learning and Development team to facilitate a seamless learning experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the administration of learning programs and learning management systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to learning activities and learner progress.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule, organize, and facilitate learning events.
  • Monitor and track learner progress, completions, and certifications.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
  • Generate reports on learning activities, participation, and outcomes.
  • Address learner queries and provide assistance to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of learning administration processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle or SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

  • Timely scheduling and organization of learning events and activities.
  • Positive feedback from learners and stakeholders regarding learning support.
