Job Description

Overview:

The Talent Success Team ensures all work requests - initiated through Professional Service, Solution Service, or Management Service - are delivered efficiently, meeting both internal KPIs and client expectations. The team collaborates with all technical and functional professionals across ZARTHI, providing project tracking, resource alignment, and delivery assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Delivery Oversight: Track all work items raised in ZARTHIs systems, from intake to completion, ensuring deadlines and delivery KPIs are consistently met.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with professionals from Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, and other practices to coordinate resources and resolve execution barriers.
  • KPI Management: Evaluate and report performance metrics (KPI adherence, delivery status, and client satisfaction) for all service types and escalate issues as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and act upon process bottlenecks, provide feedback on delivery tools, and suggest improvements for tracking and workflow systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of service workflows, escalations, and delivery outcomes for audit and improvement purposes.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Communicate regularly with service requesters and managers to update on progress, risks, and completion statuses.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in project coordination, talent management, or service delivery (1+ year preferred).
  • Proficiency with service tracking tools, workflow management systems, and KPI dashboards.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with professionals at every level, across practices.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach; able to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of Professional Service, Solution Service, or Management Service workflows.
  • Exposure to cloud, product, or digital delivery models.
  • Familiarity with key delivery and efficiency KPIs.
