Job Description

As a Talent Consultant - Supervising Associate at EY, you will support the Talent agenda for a business unit in EY GDS, serving as the main point of contact for employees, counselors, and business unit leadership on various talent-related matters. Your role will involve driving the engagement agenda, collaborating with team members to provide change leadership, enhance workforce capability, and manage talent effectively. You will be instrumental in understanding the business unit's direction and talent-related issues to ensure the successful implementation of key projects and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design a sustainable and scalable engagement framework for the business unit in collaboration with the Strategic Talent Consultant - Assist business leaders and counselors in implementing engagement initiatives across the business unit - Proactively anticipate and address issues and needs within the business unit - Provide insights on people issues, specifically Employee Relations cases, and offer a strong perspective on business decisions and their impact on individuals - Ensure professional and effective delivery of all necessary people management and development activities to support the business unit - Execute innovative HR programs and resolve HR-related issues within specified timelines - Facilitate change and support the successful adoption of special projects and initiatives within the business unit - Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks related to performance management **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to develop actionable plans aligned with the business unit strategy - Proficiency in engaging and influencing others, along with effective change management skills - Client-focused approach and the capability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization - Extensive experience in Employee Relations, particularly in handling complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance management activities - Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and navigate ambiguity to build consensus **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Business or Human Resource discipline preferred - 6-8 years of proven HR generalist experience, including performance management and employee relations - Relevant experience in delivering/managing talent initiatives **Additional Company Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global network operating in six locations worldwide.
