Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Connector Senior Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility is to improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs. You will be required to have End to End Recruitment experience in both domestic and international markets. Your role involves developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified candidates, building a list of potential candidates, and generating market intelligence insights to fill job openings. Additionally, you will be expected to operate within and achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets across client operation locations. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand hiring demand fulfillment priorities and receive requisitions for job profiles in the client's applicant tracking system (ATS). - Utilize vendor channels as directed by the client to automatically post job requisitions to the most effective channels and within the client's organization. - Understand current client branding strategies and deploy them consistently across locations. - Leverage insights from analytics apps and the Accenture Talent Supply Demand and Analytics teams to effectively source and advise the client's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). - Manage various aspects of the recruitment process such as sourcing, processing exceptions, and ensuring completion of onboarding forms and background checks. - Ensure the achievement of required Service Levels by meeting performance metrics.
