Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent & Employer Branding:

  • Strategize and execute employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Campaign to showcase the companys culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content highlighting employee success stories and workplace achievements.

2. Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage social media platforms to drive campaigns, engagement, attract talent, and increase brand visibility.
  • Create visually compelling posts coordinating with internal marketing and visual design teams
  • Analyse campaign performance to improve effectiveness and ensure alignment with branding objectives.
  • Designing and executing email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Generating marketing ideas and strategies through brainstorming.
  • Managing promotional and branding activities

3. Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, from ideation to completion.
  • Identify requirements, prepare RFPs, and manage relationships with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue bookings, vendor coordination, and AV production.

4. Project & Budget Management:

  • Maintain event budgets and track savings without compromising quality.
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure optimal cost efficiency and deliverables.

5. Communication & Collaboration:

  • Develop impactful presentations and marketing collateral for events and branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project Management, and Creative Design, to deliver cohesive projects.
  • Handle both virtual and on-ground events, ensuring smooth execution across formats.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in talent branding, employer branding, and social media marketing.
  • Strong event planning and management experience, including regional and national events.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in virtual events and AV production is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Public Relations or a related field.
  • Certifications in inbound marketing or event management (e.g., HubSpot, relevant certifications).
