  Learn how to source and identify top tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others.

• First Impressions Expert:

  Conduct initial screenings and interact with candidates, making them feel valued and heard.

• Data Buddy:

  Maintain candidate records, reports, and updates in ATS and Excel with accuracy.

• Learning on the Go:

  Gain hands-on exposure to Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes.

• Engagement Champion:

  Assist in coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Team Player:

  Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
