Talent Acquisition Team Lead

As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes optimizing processes for efficiency, utilizing technology to source and track candidates effectively. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion. In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. You will prepare regular reports based on these metrics for senior management, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and strategy development. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of your job. By understanding hiring needs and collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will ensure alignment and effectiveness in talent acquisition efforts. Additionally, you will provide training to hiring managers on best practices, contributing to a cohesive and skilled recruitment team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and bulk hiring, demonstrating your expertise in managing high-volume recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for effective stakeholder engagement. A data-driven mindset, coupled with experience in recruitment analytics, will be advantageous in this role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms is also preferred to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.,
