As a learning and development generalist at PwC, your role will involve designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, playing a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in alignment with market developments and firm strategy. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, deliver quality, and embrace increased ambiguity, using uncertain situations as opportunities to grow. To excel in this role, you must respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, employ critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, is also key. As part of the Talent and Development team at PwC Acceleration Centers, you will engage in recruitment and talent acquisition activities, analyze complex problems, mentor team members, build client relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of business needs. You will engage in dynamic training to enhance your technical and professional skills. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR PMO roles. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required. Having a degree in MBA and experience in managing recruitment processes, analyzing recruitment metrics, utilizing ATS platforms and HRIS systems, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition will set you apart. The position is based in Kolkata, Bangalore, or Hyderabad with a regular shift time.,
