Your responsibilities will include collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in alignment with market developments and firm strategy. As part of the Talent and Development team at PwC Acceleration Centers, you will engage in recruitment and talent acquisition activities, analyze complex problems, mentor team members, build client relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of business needs. You will engage in dynamic training to enhance your technical and professional skills. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR PMO roles. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required. Having a degree in MBA and experience in managing recruitment processes, analyzing recruitment metrics, utilizing ATS platforms and HRIS systems, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition will set you apart.
