Job Location: Gurgaon

Brief JD for the role:

 Understand the requirements for various positions received from the clients/ requisitions.

 Mobilize talent through various means such as Job Portals, headhunting, company mapping

exercise, advertising, references etc.

 Sourcing and screening candidates across middle & higher level management which

involves activities like searching, filtering, short listing of resumes and scheduling

interviews at various levels.

 Screening through CV's, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level &

fixing up a meet with the client.

 Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the

interview process.

 Maintaining & updating candidates’ database; maintaining invoice details of hired

candidates; should keep a track of his/her assigned target vs. achievement.
