Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Bhayander Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles. Sourcing Strategies: Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to attract top talent. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates. Job Posting & Employer Branding: Create job descriptions, post vacancies on job portals, and promote employer branding. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. HR Coordination: Collaborate with HR teams for workforce planning and hiring needs. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain recruitment data and provide reports on hiring metrics. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Commitments : Full-time - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday (work from the office) All Saturdays after 15th of every month is holiday Location: Mira Bhayander
