You will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategies, mentoring a team of recruiters, and ensuring we consistently bring in top talent aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and offer rollout Lead a team of 3+ recruiters, ensuring performance and process alignment Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality hires Utilize sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.) Create and manage talent pipelines for multiple roles Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring dashboards Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Minimum 1.5 years of experience in team handling (minimum team size of 3) Strong exposure to EdTech or fast-growth/startup environments preferred Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong organizational and multitasking ability Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Why Join Us?
