H.R/Talent Acquisition/responsibilities: Interacting with the Management on a regular basis to understand the requirements, co-ordinate the interviews & to take the recruitment process till end. Working on hiring the candidates (External candidates) & internal movement. End to End Recruitment cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Taking initial HR interviews, scheduling the shortlisted candidates for interview, Final HR discussion, Prepare relevant offer documents for Approval and send to process team, rolling out the offer, after the offer release follow-up with the candidate till they are on Onboard. Sourcing profiles through different channels - Internal database, Employee referrals, networking, Job portals (Linkedin, Naukri, Monsterindia, Timesjob, Consultancies), networking sites. Interacting with the candidates and scrutinizing them based on various parameters like their communication skills, qualification and other skills, etc. to check the candidates suitability for job role. Scanning the profiles, sending them to the Hiring Leader and scheduling the short listed candidates for interviews. Following up with the Hiring leader after each round of interview until an offer is made. Taking HR Round, on selection, negotiating the salary/KPI with the candidate and arranging for the offer letters and other formalities and following-up to ensure their joining with the organization. . Drafting internal policies related to work, regularly communicating with the global HR team to understand internal HR policies. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and employee growth. Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues efficiently. Support performance management and training initiatives. Verification process: Collect and verify all the information about the previous companies of the candidates, check the dual employment through a third party verification team. Documentation process: Collecting all the required documents like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, UAN/PF details etc.Role & responsibilities
