Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of staff and, in some cases, faculty positions within the university.

This role involves developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, cultivating a positive candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with the university's mission and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments (Academic, Administration, Research, etc.) to understand specific staffing needs, job requirements, and departmental culture.
• Develop and implement effective, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for current and future openings, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and university alumni/referral programs.
• Design and write compelling, inclusive job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the role and promote the university's employer brand.
• Manage the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external labor laws.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education MBA/PGDM from a renowned university.
• 3 Years of exposure in Education industry.
