Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern will assist in the full-life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include employer branding, interviewing candidates, and supporting the hiring process to ensure the best talent is brought into the organization. The intern will work closely with the HR team to meet the staffing needs of Dr. Reddy’s Foundation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding
• Strong Interviewing and Recruiting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(English & Hindi)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
