Role & responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels for Plant based hiring.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and follow-up activities with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle Pre-offer/Offer formalities of the selected candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and databases.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Good English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
