Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies for Assurance, FAAS, internal and external audit, and tax roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote company as an employer of choice in the Audit and FAAS domains.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in non-IT hiring, with a focus on banking and finance or CA hiring.
• Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for roles in Assurance and FAAS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
