At Azodha, we’re building innovative solutions in healthcare—and that starts with building the right team. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1.5+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment who can help us identify, engage, and onboard top talent across tech and non-tech roles.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing to offer rollouts
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative strategies
• Screen applicants and coordinate interview rounds
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of talent acquisition experience (startup experience a plus)
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
